Community Report-Back Events
Over the course of the summer the Cultural Action Plan Team has been busy connecting with residents at events, interviewing members of Council and senior Staff, and reviewing the information gathered.
The Community Report-Back Events are a chance for everyone to see the information gathered and discuss where the Action Plan might go based on results. There will be opportunities for feedback and a chance to connect with fellow residents, local artists, City staff and the consulting team. Each Report-Back Event is focused on a key topic. Feel free to attend multiple sessions if you're interested in shaping different elements of the plan.
All events start with a presentation by the lead consultant Jeremy Freiburger, followed by a community forum and engagement session.
Residents may attend at any time but are encouraged to arrive in time for the presentation to provide adequate context.
